The Testo 104-IR BT is a professional dual-mode temperature measuring instrument that combines infrared (non-contact) surface temperature measurement with penetration (contact) temperature measurement using an integrated probe. The infrared mode allows rapid surface temperature readings, while the fold-out penetration probe enables core temperature measurement of liquids, pastes, and semi-solid media. This versatile instrument is ideal for quality control, food safety checks, HVAC/R diagnostics, and other industrial or commercial applications.
