Description
General
The Banner Engineering QM42-DPS5-2Q is an industrial differential pressure sensor designed for accurate measurement of low pressure differences in air and other non-condensing, non-corrosive gases. With a measurement range of ±5 inches of water column (in. W.C.), it is suitable for monitoring air pressure in HVAC systems, air filtration equipment, cleanrooms, building pressurisation systems and dust collectors.
The sensor features an RS-485 Modbus serial communication interface, allowing pressure measurements to be integrated into PLCs, controllers and industrial monitoring systems. It operates on a 10–30 V DC supply and is supplied with a 2.09 m (6.9 ft) 5-pin M12 pigtail quick-disconnect cable. Its IP67-rated housing supports installation in industrial environments.
