General
The Banner Engineering S15S-TH-MQ is a digital temperature and humidity sensor designed for continuous environmental monitoring and industrial condition-monitoring applications. It measures ambient temperature and relative humidity, providing data that can also be used to determine dew point.

The sensor communicates through an RS-485 interface using Modbus RTU, allowing integration with PLCs, industrial controllers, monitoring gateways and building-management systems. Its compact S15 housing and M12 quick-disconnect connection make it suitable for installation in industrial equipment, enclosures and environmental monitoring systems.

With a temperature measurement range of -40°C to +85°C and a relative humidity range of 0–100%, the S15S-TH-MQ supports environmental monitoring across a wide range of operating conditions. Its IP67-rated construction and NEMA 4X rating make it suitable for demanding industrial environments.
