The Fluke 1630-2 FC Earth Ground Clamp is a professional stakeless earth ground loop resistance and AC leakage current tester designed for fast, safe indoor and outdoor measurements. It allows testing of grounding systems without disconnecting the earth electrode and without using auxiliary test stakes—saving time and eliminating system downtime.

Using a specially designed dual-clamp jaw, the 1630-2 FC induces a known voltage and measures current to automatically calculate earth ground loop resistance. It is ideal for multi-grounded systems and locations where driving test stakes is impossible, such as inside buildings, substations, power pylons, or paved areas.

With Fluke Connect® wireless capability, measurements can be transferred to a smartphone or tablet for storage, documentation, and sharing.
