The Festo SFAH-0.1U-G18FS-PNLK-PNVBA-L1 is an ultra-low-flow digital flow sensor designed for precise measurement and monitoring of air and inert gas flows in automation, laboratory, and clean-room environments. Using thermal mass-flow technology, it provides accurate, fast, and bidirectional flow measurement from as low as 0.002 L/min to 0.1 L/min.
