Description
General
The Banner Engineering M18TUP14 is a non-contact infrared temperature sensor designed for industrial temperature measurement and process monitoring. It detects the thermal radiation emitted by an object and measures its surface temperature without requiring physical contact.
Featuring a 14:1 distance-to-spot ratio and a Germanium optical lens, the M18TUP14 is suitable for measuring temperatures on moving or stationary objects. It operates across a temperature range of 0°C to 300°C and provides a continuous 0–10 V DC analog output for integration with PLCs, controllers and industrial monitoring systems.
The sensor also includes a PNP alarm output, adjustable measuring range through Teach programming, and a durable M18 stainless-steel housing. Its 2-metre cable, IP67 protection and NEMA 4X rating make it suitable for a wide range of industrial automation and temperature monitoring applications.
